How many use it
for pleasure? and how many for work? or a bit of both?
I discovered
Pinterest whilst pregnant with my second child and I have to say I am absolutely,
positively and undeniably addicted.
For those of you
who have no idea what I am talking about Pinterest.com is
an online virtual pinboard that links pictures you find on the Internet to your
own public or private pinboard. Pinterest lets you organise and share things
you find online with the rest of the world. It’s kind of like a visual search
engine and mood board for anything and everything.
Pinterest would
have to be my number 1 tool for inspiration when brainstorming ideas for my
business. It is also my number 1 distraction/procrastination tool that I use
daily to browse things such as events, parties, baking, DIYs, crafts and
activities for the kids, organizational tips, cleaning tricks and the most
beautiful homes I have ever seen! (I did tell you I’m addicted)
I think I love
Pinterest so much because it brings people like us together. And by that I mean
creative, visual people that share a love of style, beauty, handmade and
practicality in our lives.
